Google AdMob integration for rewarded and interstitial ads is in development, together with Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) privacy messages and Apple's tracking permission flow. The advertising sections below apply to versions of GalacticSort in which advertising services are enabled.

Account and sign-in information
GalacticSort uses Firebase Authentication to create and manage user accounts and sign users in. Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple are both supported and available.
Firebase Authentication assigns each authenticated account a unique internal identifier, the Firebase UID. Depending on information supplied by the sign-in provider, the Firebase user profile may include an email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
Firebase Authentication may process email addresses, user-agent information, and IP addresses for authentication, account management, security, and abuse prevention. The account information available depends on the sign-in method and the information you authorize the provider to share.
Sign in with Google
You can sign in to GalacticSort using your Google Account. Authentication takes place through Google and Firebase Authentication.
Depending on the permissions you grant for sign-in, Google may make your Google account identifier, email address, display or full name, and basic profile information available. A profile photo URL may also be available; any use of it depends on whether it is supplied and used by the app's account features.
Tandogo does not receive or store your Google Account password.
Sign in with Apple
You can sign in to GalacticSort using Sign in with Apple through Firebase Authentication. Apple provides an identifier for your authenticated account. If an email address is requested and you choose to share it, Apple may provide your email address or an Apple Private Relay email address if you use Hide My Email.
If your name is requested and you authorize sharing it, Apple may provide your name. Some information, such as your name and the initial user information, is supplied during the first authorization and may not be supplied again on subsequent sign-ins.
Tandogo does not receive or store your Apple Account (Apple ID) password.
How account information is used
We use account and sign-in information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, sign them in, and associate the correct account with relevant game or account data where applicable. It also supports account security, abuse prevention, and handling account or privacy requests.
Deleting your account
GalacticSort provides an in-app option to delete your account. Use that option to start the account deletion process.
If you have trouble using account deletion, or want to make an additional privacy request, contact support@tandogo.com. Email is an additional support channel, not the only way to initiate account deletion.
Deleting a GalacticSort account does not delete your Google Account or Apple Account. Information processed independently by those providers is subject to their own privacy and retention practices.
Google AdMob and advertising information
The Google AdMob integration uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for rewarded and interstitial ads. In versions where advertising is enabled, the SDK may process the following information, depending on SDK configuration, platform settings, and your privacy choices:
- IP address and general or approximate location inferred from IP.
- Device identifiers and app- or developer-bounded identifiers, including an advertising identifier such as IDFA where permitted.
- Advertising data, including ads viewed, ad impressions, video views, taps, and other interactions with ads or the app.
- Non-user-related crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance data.
These uses may support ad delivery and measurement, advertising and advertising-SDK analytics, SDK or product performance, and fraud and abuse prevention. Google and relevant advertising partners may process information directly under their own privacy practices.
UMP and advertising privacy choices
The planned advertising integration includes Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) within GalacticSort to display privacy messages and collect applicable consent or privacy choices. Message types and available choices may vary by region and applicable law, including choices about ad personalization and advertising-related data use.
When required and available in advertising-enabled versions, users can revisit applicable advertising privacy choices through the in-app privacy options control. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Available ads may change based on your choices. Non-personalized ads can still involve processing data for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
Apple tracking permission and IDFA
GalacticSort may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request. You can allow or decline tracking and manage your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The advertising identifier, IDFA, may be used only as permitted by Apple's rules and your permission. Declining tracking permission does not mean that all advertising-related data processing stops.
Analytics and crash reporting
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process its own crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance data as described in the advertising section.
This policy does not currently describe a separate gameplay analytics or crash-reporting service as active in GalacticSort. Firebase Authentication does not by itself mean that Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics is enabled. If a separate service is enabled later, this policy will be updated to identify the provider and relevant data practices.
When you contact us
If you email support@tandogo.com, we receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include, such as your name, message contents, issue description, screenshots, attachments, or diagnostic details. We use this information to respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and handle privacy or account requests.
Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request. Email service providers may process correspondence as needed to provide email services.
This website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser and request information, requested URLs or pages, request timestamps, and relevant security or network information for website delivery and security.
This privacy website does not include advertising scripts, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies added by Tandogo. Following an external link takes you to a website with its own privacy practices.
Purposes and legal grounds
Our purposes are to provide the account and sign-in functions described above, handle support and privacy requests, maintain security and prevent abuse, operate this website, and support advertising where enabled.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity. This may include consent where required; providing account or authentication functionality you request where recognized by applicable law; legitimate interests in security, abuse prevention, reliable services, and support where not overridden by your rights; or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Google, Apple, and other providers explain their own processing purposes and applicable legal grounds in their privacy documentation.
Third-party services
GalacticSort currently uses Firebase Authentication, Sign in with Google, and Sign in with Apple. Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP are being integrated for advertising-enabled versions. Cloudflare hosts this website, and email service providers support correspondence.
Third-party services may process information as described in this policy and their own privacy documentation. Some may also process information for their own purposes and under their own legal responsibilities. Their privacy information is linked in the relevant sections above.
How long information is kept
Account information is used to provide and manage your account. GalacticSort offers the in-app account deletion option described above. This policy does not promise immediate removal of every record from every system.
We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, follow up on related issues, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Information that must be kept under applicable law may be retained.
Provider-controlled information may be subject to the relevant provider's retention rules and settings. You may contact support@tandogo.com with questions or requests concerning information we hold.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, including portability where applicable; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. Some laws also provide rights to opt out of targeted advertising or uses described as a sale or sharing of personal information.
GalacticSort provides an in-app account deletion option. You may also contact support@tandogo.com for privacy or account requests, including problems with deletion. Advertising choices can be managed through applicable controls where available. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and respond to a request.
You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Requests about information independently processed by a provider can be directed to that provider through its privacy channels.
Children's information
GalacticSort is not specifically directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children for Tandogo's own purposes. Use of authentication and advertising services is subject to applicable age, platform, and consent requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to Tandogo, contact support@tandogo.com so we can investigate and address the request, including deletion where appropriate.
